How does the process work?
- You'll receive a cost estimate via email once Brightflock has been provided with enough information to draw up an accurate quote.
- Brightflock will send a contract via email. Keep a copy for yourself, and sign and return another copy. A 50% deposit is required at this stage.
- You'll work with Laura-Jane while she prepares a document that details all project requirements and specifications.
- Once you approve this requirements document, the Brightflock team makes your web project come alive.
What are Brightflock's rates?
Brightflock charges on a per project basis.
Once your web project is complete, Brightflock can be hired on an hourly or monthly basis for training, marketing, maintenance, or consulting.

Hiring Brightflock on retainer means that you're reserving some of Brightflock's time on a regular basis. Retainer rates depend on the services you require.
Many clients choose to hire Brightflock on retainer after a project has been completed.
